INTERVIEW WITH PELUMI ADENIJI Of The Clones

THE FRONT MAN OF THE IBADAN BASED ROCK BAND: THE CLONES

The five-man band has been in existence since 2011 and has performed gigs all around western

Nigeria. The Rockazworld team caught up with Pelumi Adeniji, the frontman of the band and we had

a little chit-chat.

RW:  Most people do not know the faces behind the band The Clones, can you give a brief

introduction of yourself?

Pelumi:  My name is Adeniji Pelumi, a graduate of psychology from the prestigious University of

Ibadan .  I am from Ogbomosho in Oyo state and I currently reside in Ibadan.

RW: What instruments do you play and how long have you been playing?

Pelumi: I play the acoustic guitar and I started playing around 2009

RW: Were you in any band before The Clones?

Pelumi: Before University, I was part of an acapella group called Deevees. I brought up the idea of

the band with Kindle who was then my classmate. Ha manages the band now.

RW: Do you write your own songs as a band?

Pelumi: Yes, absolutely. Laolu (guitarist) and I do most of the songwriting.

RW:  What are your songs about and what specific themes do they cover?

Pelumi:  well being a Christian band, our songs are themed over a wide range. From the Christian

faith to young love, to heartbreaks, love for humanity, universal tolerance and just outright out of

the box concepts.

RW: Are they inspired by personal experiences?

Pelumi: yes, some are inspired by personal experiences while others are inspired by the scriptures,

the society and other rock bands.

RW: what other rock bands inspire you?

Pelumi: Skillet, Third Day, Switchfoot, Relient K, Stellar Kart and Mayday Parade

RW: What subgenre of rock would you say you tend towards as a band?

Pelumi: Alternative, Alternative Rock, Alternative Punk

RW: What is your outlook on the Nigerian music industry and the prospects for rock music?

Pelumi: Ah.. to be honest, the industry is seriously booming...but still still lacks the musical quality to  an extent...rock bands will have to do more to get the attention of a wider audience in Nigeria.

RW: How about the poor sound production among Nigerian Rock Bands?

Pelumi: I think I will attribute that to lack of funds to go for the best sound mix engineers.

RW: You think even the best local sound engineers can produce a proper rock song?

Pelumi: YES O! We have seasoned sound mix engineers out there... Sheyman, Foster Zeeno etc..

RW:  Any new material coming from The Clones?

Pelumi: Yes, we have a single in the works titled “FREE ME”, been a long time coming.

RW: Yellow Garri Or Ijebu Garri?

Pelumi: hahahahahahahaha........ Ijebu garri

RW: Thank you very much

Pelumi: Thanks for having me.

The Isomers EP Review

The Isomers EP Review
EP: The Isomers Extended play
Artist: The Isomers
Duration: 25:04mins
Release date: 24th April 2015
Tracks: 6

From the federal capital rises this unique, fun and loving rock band, THE ISOMERS consists of five(5) band members: Seun Daniel (lead singer) Motie Tru(lead Guitarist) Issac( Bass Guitarist, back vocals) Monlee( Keyboard) and Nelson Oladeji(Drums).
The EP had an experimental sound of its own from folk rock to blues rock back to punk rock, probably because of their influences from bands like: Mumford and sons, pink, fall out boys to name a few.

My favorite is Pretty flowers, it has this punk rock feel to it, when I first listened to the song it reminded me of a song I had heard before, though it started out low then pitched professionally well and I applaud them.
Bleed Away is another track I love my them, the lyrics is deep, the instruments are smooth and compelling not forgetting the originality and creativity of this track.
Coming down to Oya, this track has a little bit of a similar sound to Olori oko by Infinity, commercially it was the most successful track on the Ep.
Home would be the fourth track I would go for, it has this sound to it that keeps you still till you are done with it then it leaves you with a smile and total relief
I would also commend the album art it was quite creative, you could almost see silence in the picture
With the variation and uniqueness of their tracks, there's one thing we can say for sure is they are here to brigade the gap between rock and urban music and In their own way also shade a different light on the genre in Nigeria.

Seeing this band perform on stage was magical, they had the hearts of the audience , they have a good head start this being their first EP/ work, there's always room for improvement, this is a band to watch out for and we expect the best from them.

Interview - Judah Of 1LA

When you think rock music in Nigeria you think 1 LastAutograph. In just about a year this power band has stolen our hearts and there is no stopping them. For 1LA it’s been quite an experience, from their very first gig in June 2014 till now they just keep shaking the airwaves. They are sure bone fide rock stars with inspiration from bands like Nirvana, of mice and men, you can’t expect any less from these guys.
So when we got the opportunity to have a one on one chat with lead singer Judah we took it without much ado to get to learn more about him and his band.

Rockaz World: First. Could you tell us a bit about yourself?
Danjuma: Well… there really isn’t much.. Growing up wasn’t so bad. I grew up in Lagos. Did my Primary school days were here.... High school in Jos. Went to a music school afterwards for two years in Jos... Started hunting for a band after.

RW: Around what year would that be?
Dj: Left Lagos 2004 for High school... Finished 2010... Enrolled in a music that same year... Finished 2012... Came back to Lagos last year

RW: So that would mean basically 1LastAutograph started last year?
Dj: Yea... She did.

RW: You were in luck having met such a nice crew. Were you ever into solo before you met your band?
Dj: I was never... I have always wanted a band. It wasn't that easy though.

RW: So how did you guys meet?
Dj: Met with Jaywalker at Badagry. We also had our first drummer too there, that’s Tolu..
Later on met Sam after second metal & romance... Of which we changed our drummer to Mario...
Then met ray through a friend... Mario was down at that point. Although we currently don't have a stable guitarist.

RW: You would soon enough. What was the inspiration behind All or Nothing?
Dj: Whoa… it’s more like saying most of us being who we are... We were tired of down talks and those who didn't believe in what we did... We really don’t care and we are still going all out against the odds

RW: That’s quite inspiring.... People should look up to that. The world would be much better.
Dj: Yea definitely.

RW: Yea...  Which bands inspire u most?
Dj: Of mice and men, Nirvana, A day to remember, System of a down....

RW: Cool bands... Little wonder your growls are close to prefect.
Dj: (laughs) Wouldn't say they are close to perfect yet. Still need to work on them

RW: I know you still need to work on your growls. But it’s obvious your voice is great and it has really held everyone captive… One of its kind in Nigeria I must say….. Did u ever know you had such a great voice?
Dj: Never! I would say you're just pulling my legs right now. Always thought I had such terrible vocals, but really, what I do is just connect with my heart..

RW: To be honest when I first heard all or nothing, couldn't believe it was 100% Nigerian. You guys nailed it.
Dj: Thanks for being honest.

RW: You are welcome.. So what are your thoughts on upcoming Nigerian rock artists?
Dj: We still upcoming, I mean we are not there yet, just privileged but I would say they should keep up with the hard work, keep on hoping, keep on dreaming big, keep on believing in themselves even when no one does. They should embrace failure with open arms and try harder. And we can all make that noise together.

RW: Sounds so all or nothing.
Dj: Yea. I know.

RW: Ok. How would u describe your style?
Dj: It’s a blend of punk, post hardcore and grunge... but from our new materials yet to be released, we moving towards Metal.

RW: When should we be expecting an Album, Eps?
Dj: Soon enough.

RW: Why did you guys come up with 1LA for your band name?
Dj: 1LA is more like saying, if you knew you were gonna die the next second, what are those things you would want to be done, things you will pen down, wrongs you will correct etc... More like puts us on the edge between life and death and that which really matters is much clearer.

RW: Ok... Thanks. Mr. Dj. It was nice having you on RW. And we hope to see more of 1LA...

Dj: Anytime. There’s much more coming.. We ain’t going anywhere.

A Review of KEEP PUSHING ME by +234

Title: Keep Pushing Me
Artiste: Plus 234
Duration: 2:31
Writers: Michael idiong, Tobi famutimi, Micheal Dadzie
Producer: Raybams (Out Music Producer)
Studio: Just Rock
Release Date: 18 September, 2015

Keep Pushing Me is a song performed by the rock band Plus 234 who officially entered our list of rock bands after the release of their first single Keep Pushing Me released on the 18th September, 2015 and produced by Raybams.
The first thing I felt when I listen to this song was a soothing sense of comfort and calmness attributed to the lead singer Micheal Idiong also known as D’Keither’s single subtle method of delivering this. It was basic, simple it had the 1,2,3 Nigerian beat. The song can be enjoyed by anybody,
Production
I don’t think it was mastered well enough so I’ll really love to hear a re-mastered version of this song as I think it would add more life to the song but I’ll love to commend the fact that it was no over produced especially on the aspect of vocals which is what we have this days, as a fan of live performances I always bother about vocal effect in studios a lot because it makes the artist sound bad live. I love the level of raw vocals used

Sound and Lyrics
The song categorized as Afro Alternative also made use of konga drums which I am a fan of, it immediately remind me of Dido’s instrumental approach to her hit “thank You” especially at the beginning
Lyrically the song sang from a man’s point of view expresses disappointment about a said girl whom he loved and chased for a while, he kept pushing so much and eventually he decided from move on after which he finds her broken and sad, the tables did turn and he begins teasing her in Yoruba, the latter part which I enjoyed
Conclusion
Finally I’ll say they played safe on this but for a first it was the right amount of safe so, I have high expectation for the band being that they are already on the right part so don’t be surprised if I come down on you hard next time

So guys please download and enjoy

Shortage of Female Rock Musicians

Taking a statistic on the number of female to male rock artist in Nigeria. We noticed there aren't so many girls in the rock scene in fact I would sadly say there are little or no girls. Using a pie chart, just a 2%, the percentage is heartbreakingly low. We really need their presence to spice up  this genre. I know most times rock/metal is considered a masculine thing but gone are those ages. There are lots of females artists looking at the foreign scene, Nigeria should be no different.... if those awesome females can we can. No one is saying go hard core... There are awesome genres we could delve into. Take Clay for an instance, she's doing great with her folk rock, Zaniab with her blues/soft rock, Ufoma and Giniz also with their soft rock. They all got us expecting and needing more and trust me we definitely need more amazing acts like this. You've always got the love and support as long as you love and know what you're doing...
I really, won't mind though if we get a girl that growls and screams, that will really be an awesome challenge to the males. Looking into their line.. We got quite a lot of wonderful acts like 1LastAutograph, Richee, Clones, Hawk, Living Oracle, XtSamurai, Footprint 5, Threadstone, Nathmac, Prodigalous, Harmony Shades, Raising Rain, Isomers, DC, Rock Engrafted to name a few.
Back to the girls, maybe there a few more acts to the girl list mentioned earlier, if they are then they  probably ain't making themselves heard. Guess its time the girls rise and take that stage. Make the kinfolk proud, the scene is for all. Long live Rock!

Thoughts on a Wilder Mind

Thoughts on a Wilder Mind. I'm gonna give it to you straight, I like the regular mind. The one that plays the Banjo and the Dobro and the Double Bass and all them traditional stuff. Maybe it's just me, maybe I'm too conservative  and I don't like stuff like a wild mind but I really think Mumford and Sons should have stuck with the traditional folk music and not swing head on into commercial rock.
Hard fans of Indie Rock and Mumford & Sons like me would tell you, bands like this here, are hard to come by. The lyrical content, the sound of the Banjo, you just can't get it anywhere else. Just plain genius. Comparing the Wilder Mind album with previous materials, Sigh) Babel, let and Sigh No More... It goes without saying, something went down. The Banjos were gone, in comes electric guitars and effects. Replacing the double bass is a bass guitar, I was like, what the fuck were they thinking? They decided to do away with the one thing that stands them out.
Listening to the record for the first time, I made no connection whatsoever. Sounded like another regular Indie band from London. The enigmatic effect was gone. I know some fans would disagree, some might even say this is their best work yet, to those people I say; I guess we like them for different reasons.
The song Wilder Mind was a good one. Ditmas I have described as the missing link between Wilder Mind album and Mumford and Sons (go-figure). Tompkins Square Park was quite groovy. I'm not contradicting myself here. Not saying Wilder Mind is not a good album, alls I'm saying is, it's not a good Mumford and Sons' album. Some of us don't appreciate experiments or God forbid, crossovers.

Review Of Dazzle Vision

There are so many cool bands out there each with its uniqueness but when it come to Japan and rock/metal it is on another level of awesomeness. If even at not all can be considered but one sure catch my eyes and I must confess not a single word do I understand everything is in Japanese ‘sure I could translate later’, some tracks are in English but if you care less about lyrics and more of sound… then Dazzle vision is your guy..

This band sure dazzle and dazzles everything and everyone around them, what makes them different I must say is Maiko’s growls and clean vocals people say you can’t growl and sing but well this chick nailed it. Founded by sibling Maiko (Lead vocal) and Takuro (Bass guitar) in 2003. Dazzle vision has dazzled their way to the hearts of the audience. Their style can be described as Screamo-pop, though they also branch out to Experimental metal, Metalcore, Alternative metal. Their influnces come from bands like Black Sabbath, Evanescence, and Metallica. On the stage this guys are demi-gods they come with as much creativity as possible, the crowd never seems to get enough but wait isn’t that why they are here.
From 2003 to 2015, they have had a total of Six albums, Origin of Dazzle, 2005 (EP), preceding it is Camellia Japonica(2007), Origin of Dazzle 2nd edition (2008), Crystal Children (2008), To the Next(2010), Kirari (2011), Shocking Loud Voice (2012) and Final attack (2014).

Some of their songs I love:
Genjou (album origin of dazzle);
One for all, all for one; like I am not real (Kirari);
All refused (singles);
Take my hand (Shocking Loud Voice)
Left to cry there; the mad o party(Camellia Japonica) to name a few.

Not all songs can be good, The answer I could get (Origin of Dazzle), for me was quite terrible no offense 9:22mins of horror. I know it was mostly instrumental but at first it started nice but I don’t think all that unnecessary shrieking was needed. Some of the songs were just actually remixes running of ideas? I doubt they were quite creative with them.

Generally the band has great sounds, no point waiting you should just start downloading and be part of this Japanese awesomeness and dazzle up your life.

GOD OF ROCK

I AM A METAL HEAD
It would be so  cliché of me to say that I enjoy getting drunk, smoking profusely and probably would love to sacrifice some goats (Might add some virgins) to Satan under a full moon: Yeah?
There is a lot in being a fan of rock than meets the eyes, its not just the other stereotype-based theory like ; rock is demonic, only Goths like rock, everyone who loves rock music must be rebellious, have numerous body piercings, tattoos, a Mohawk and a billion boyfriend/girlfriend – no , not all that… ever heard about the God of rock?
Let me enlighten you a little –

Heaven is not all about the hymns and harps, especially when a soul has just been won into the kingdom – OH NO!

Imagine the fog gathering, a cherubim playing the brass guitar which is backed up by Gabriel’s lead guitar; then the drums roll by another cherubim along side with some archangels rocking out with the electric guitar. The heavenly choir ready to back up the lead vocalist – Michael, the war angel with his Mohawk, black leather jacket and boots who with the hardcore voice begins to sing HOOSSAANNAAA!!!

The drums are rolling, the screaming crowd  goes wild, Michael lets out a great roar hat comes down to earth as thunder; the special effects, the guitar solos, the twenty- four elders chanting Hallelujah! Hallelujah!! Hallelujah!!!
The saints, while the saints are rocking out backstage. While God is seated on His throne, tapping and nodding His head to such beautiful melody in the VIP lounge. For God loves rock ‘n’ roll! Whether its metal, Goth, alternative or grunge; God is a big fan of music and can use any form of medium to pass on any message.

Believe?

Yes. Yes you should. Hip- pop may have the punch lines. Afro may have those funky beats. Reggae may as well use up the entire crank and weed and rainbow outfit but rock – rock is poetic, passionate and deep and so is God. The God of rock.

Last Dance

Through the dark river Styx
I swim To lay thee to rest.
My thoughts confined well
within my minds walls
through your mind’s eye
I see that which will
befall thee

A single moonlight dance
of the spirits would change
everything that was once
to happen.
A dead land lay to waste
make use my twisted reflected self
the life the spirits gave me.

From river Styx the ghouls of death seal your fate
Breath, save me a fate of doom
Creek these memories of old
for tonight they dance just once.
The last dance of fate
from river Styx the ghouls of death seal thy life
devouring thy strength till none is left.

There's a secret path to the spirits
but only I know the way, still they met
their fate of doom, that which comes from me
I see your fate of doom

I know your last dance of fate.

The Emo Genre

There’s a genre of Rock music that’s Very Expressive, and has lyrical themes on topics like depression, sadness, self-harm, violence, anger, love, often confessional, has an obscure lifestyle that is highly criticized, and surrounded with controversy, you will immediately think it’s Heavy metal or any of its sub-genre that we are talking about given the aforementioned lyrical themes with no regard to article’s topic, a detour you will think, But NOO. We are talking “Emo”.

Now Emo can be thought of as a slang for “emotion”, yeah it’s a slang term for ‘emotional, but we aren’t talking emotions now. The ‘Emo we are going to talk about is a rock music Subculture known as ‘Emotive/emotional Hard-core’ , and yes there’s lots of emotion about this genre.
Emo can be said to have gotten its roots from Punk rock, but with resent developments in the genre there seem to be a stylistic change that has seen indie/pop punk incorporated into it. Emo originated in the mid-1980s in Washington, D.C, as part of a hard-core punk movement at that time, but  it wasn’t until 2000s that it became more popular and gained mainstream attention. Emo is a genre that seems to be fading gradually. It is not as popular as it used to be and it’s loosing followership, although there are still people who are still loyal to the genre. This sudden decrease in popularity is as a result of some emo bands disbanding and others moving on from the Emo culture/roots.  Popular Bands like My Chemical Romance, Paramore and Fall Out Boy also moved away from their Emo roots which also affected the genre, as these bands where once seen as flagship bands to the genre. So in a bid to help save the genre and style, a movement started in 2010s called “Emo Revival”, which saw new bands reinvent the same sound and style of Emo bands of early 90s.

Any talk about Emo rock is never really complete without talking about its fashion culture popular amongst teenagers and young adults. A fashion sense that shares similarities with the ‘Goth rock subculture. Emo fashion is recognized for its hairstyle which is always darkened with one side covering one eye, jeans wearing, t-shirts with Emo band names on it, wristbands, and hair colouring is highly noticeable amongst Emo fans as well.  Generally it’s a punk look with a gothic reflection.
Emo as a genre is very expressive and emotional, but at times when these emotions and expressions are pushed beyond certain boundaries it gives birth to chaos and controversy, which has thus lead to Emo bands and followers being stigmatized. Due to the social stigma that surrounds the genre, most bands have been lead to reject being labelled an Emo band, which has not helped the genre in terms of popularity, And Because of the expressiveness of these bands and their lyrical themes, their music has been accused of aiding self-harm,  amongst  teens, which is seen as an Emo thing. It’s been reported that there are emo-cults online, and on some Emo-websites one can find disturbing images of self-harm and suicide as a well preached agenda.  Emo has also not had a good time with gender relations as it’s been observed as being Gender Bias, although it has female fans, but there’s very little Female acceptance in the Emo scene. The Emo scene portrays women as powerless victims, which also has not helped. It’s these controversies that has lead to a Land slide in the genre. Countless times the Emo communities has written to agencies and media outlets in a bid to defend the genre and to dispel the stereotype and social stigma associated to the genre. Truth is there is not a genre of rock that has not had its fair share of stigma and controversy, but Emo seems to be in the light of things a lot more than others

Review - Godwin (Korede Bello) - Clay

Title: Godwin (Korede Bello Cover)
Artiste: Clay
Duration: 3:43
Release Date: 15 July, 2015
Before I state my views on this “rock” cover of Godwin by Clay, I’m a huge fan of Clay’s style of music; the way she manages to fuse Igbo language and rock music, originality doesn’t get any better than that. Listening to the track yesterday, I couldn’t help but wonder, I thought nothing could be worse than the original version. I’ve always been under the impression that rock music can take the shittiest song and turn it into something badass. I probably had my hopes up at the sight of the tag “rock cover”. “Guitar cover” or “Jam Session” would have been a more appropriate description.
The song begins with an acoustic guitar progression along with what sounded to me like bagpipes (Bagpipes!). Most, if not all rock covers I’ve heard were designed to get your adrenaline pumping, and sometimes thrash the original version. (a sharp contrast of her cover of Jailer by Asa) If a rock cover of a song goes this way, then the original version must have been Enya or Enigma kind of mellow.
She shouldn’t have performed the song as written, that did not give room for much creativity and experimentation. There is almost zero distinction between the cover and the original song, except maybe for the guitar riff hanging somewhere in the song.  And if that was the original plan, then a cover was totally unnecessary.
A big thank you to Mr. Coldflames for turning the auto-tune down a few notches this time, and we all could hear the magic in her voice as we did in Turn Around with Parking Lot Grass. I guess that was the cue, but wetin be my own? I think Godwin was a poor choice for a cover; she didn’t slay it this time. Popular doesn’t always mean spectacular. Doesn’t sound like so much effort was put into making this cover

The Doom Metal Genre

A feeling of impending danger, darkness or despair and ill fate, an impending severe occurrence of danger that seems inevitable.
What are the above definitions for? You must be wondering!. Well the above definitions will serve the purpose of the topic of this article as it directly reflects what the word "Doom" means, cool yeah! We'll be discussing today about a very popular genre of rock music, yeah it's popular because almost every proper rock head knows or has encountered the term "Doom Metal". But what really is Doom Metal??
Doom metal is a subgenre of Heavy Metal Rock. Doom metal is like the heavyweight's heavyweight, why this?? Well because it tends to employ a heavier sound, and the instruments(guitar) are heavily distorted and down-tuned to have a very deep rooted feel, also most doom metal singers employ operatic style singing and also clean vocals and unclean(growls, screams, shrieks). Doom metal songs are characterized also by slower song tempos which are totally great and it has this dark melodious feel.
There's no way to talk about a rock subgenre or genre without talking lyrical themes, Yeah if u have an appetite and appreciation for dark gory lyrics , then doom metal has it in stock for. A typical "Doom Metal" song basically contains Dark lyrics, on a wide range of topics, Although most fans just applaud the music itself and pay little or no attention to lyrics, well it's all about choice though. There's been so much controversy surrounding the Doom metal scene, mainly because of imagery and lyrical themes which most bands take to real extremes. Although these days some Christian Bands have now embraced the Genre, and now write materials that reflects their faith , which could be seen as the white side of the Doom metal family. Aside that, there are also other doom metal bands who write songs with positive messages but it's one out of 10.
You know how a tree has roots and branches, so too does doom metal have its own. But in its case the roots are the subgenre and branches fusion genres. Why is this so ? don't blame me, blame it on experimentation from bands and musicians who are not contempt with the typical sound and they feel the need or desire to improve on what's on ground already, which is totally cool but can be messed up at times, But come on!! I mean it’s rock music so the usual is never enough.
Now, Doom Metal started in the early 1970s, bands like Pentagram , Count Raven and Black Sabbath (can you even talk metal and not mention black Sabbath) are seen as pioneers of the genre, because their early releases influenced the whole Doom metal scene. But it wasn't until the 1980s that doom Metal really had a full grip in the Metal scene/Rock scene.
You must have a full  appetite already and you probably want me to stop talking and give you some band recommendations and songs to download, cool then , here is a few for you to feed on (song title/Band or Artiste),
High on Infinity / Count Raven
Day of Reckoning / Pentagram
Saint Vitus / Saint Vitus
Master Of reality / Black Sabbath
The above songs and bands cut across some of the mentioned subgenre and fusion genres earlier. But it's basically a feel of traditional Doom, because it's the bedrock.

So Dear rock heads download and listen them, you can leave your views and analysis on our comments section.

DREAMS OF A PSYCHOPATH

Dead night locks upon her fading heart

He seeks to have her glory,

He’s the terror she lives with,

A living beast, she has to

confront alone and she

he must have.

Her flesh he seeks till dawn

He cannot tell his dreams

from reality.

Blinded by thirst, he carves

for the unknown.

What will become of his

dying soul? Amidst this

crowned hate.

He will stop at nothing,

till he devours her frailty.

All that stands between

him and her is just but

his twisted imaginations.

He’s drunk on her innocence,

living in a world of fear, she’s confused

and lost. He’s in her nightmare,

He’s on every wall, by every

conner she turns.

The terror he brings,

is so much for her to fathom..

He has never felt love

and he lives, to have it

from her, even if he has to

rip it out of her.

He seeks to satisfy his

thirst by her warmth

and only she,

can stop his madness.

The Psychedelic Rock Genre

This genre made popular in the late 70’s can rightly be called stoners rock. It is one of the favorite genres of hippies alongside Indie, it was made to imitate the influence of some hallucinogens and other drugs. Bands like GRATEFUL DEAD help spread the sound away from the San Francisco area. This genre also sounds like some sort of slowed down and guitared Indian music or Indian classical, the sitar guitar was mostly used in the early days of this genre.

It is a more progressive psychedelic rock, it has more use of electric guitar, Pink Floyd still helped influence his genre without jams like LUCIFER SAM, ASTRONOMY DOMINE AND INSTELLAR OVERDRIVE.
